"Discover > Prepare > Manage IP Ranges and Related Locations" (line 75). Note slightly different wording from other files ("and Related Locations" vs "and Locations"). Verify the exact menu item name.
Images 1 and 2 show the Collection Server Viewer desktop application, not the web UI. These cannot be automated via the web robot at all.
