"Discover > Prepare > Manage IP Ranges and Locations" (line 26). This is a multi-level menu path. "Location Hierarchy" is in the catalog (category: IP Range To Location) but "Manage IP Ranges and Locations" as a direct menu item is not confirmed. Verify the exact navigation path.
