"Service Desk > Change Management" prose navigation (line 25). "Service Desk" is NOT in the catalog. The navigation may go directly to "Change Management". Verify.
"Change Requests" terminology. The catalog has "Completed Change Requests" and "Change Management" but not "Change Requests" as a standalone sidebar item. The feature may have been renamed or is accessed differently. The doc consistently uses "Change Requests" as the user-facing term (which is fine in prose); only the ClickMenu recipe needs the catalog-confirmed name.

Cross-file pattern: "Service Desk" is not a catalog sidebar item. Files that reference "Service Desk > X" navigation should use the direct menu item name instead.
