We work directly with Large Enterprise customers, defense and government, a powerful partner base, and Microsoft Large Account Resellers (LARs) to supply asset management and software auditing solutions. We are well known for excellent customer service and "going the extra mile" to ensure customers receive excellent benefits and ROI from our software.
We are looking for self motivated technical consultants able to perform a customer facing role including presales, implementations, configuration and support.
We are interested in applications from the Washington and Virginia areas with security clearance. This is a permanent role with compensation structured as basic pay.
The role and includes travel to enterprise customer sites including military sites.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills are essential, with a track record of significant achievement. We expect you to manage your own work, be self motivating and to help push our business forward through ingenuity, relationship building and creative/lateral thinking. A strong positive work ethic with a proactive willingness to help customers, partners and our company is essential. You must be a well rounded individual, hard working, intelligent, attentive to detail, yet able to see the bigger picture.
You will be supported by two core teams of talented programmers and product specialists. The role will to some extent adapt to your specific skill set.
