xAssets now integrates directly with the ServiceNow CMDB. Assets discovered by xAssets Network Discovery or managed in xAssets IT Asset Management can be pushed into ServiceNow as Configuration Items, keeping your CMDB current without manual data entry.
The integration uses the ServiceNow Table API and works against any ServiceNow instance, including dev, test and production. No ServiceNow MID Server or scripted REST endpoint is required.

ServiceNow does not normalise reference data - "Dell", "Dell Inc." and "Dell Computer Corp" are three
separate core_company records. Most integrations either create duplicates or require
manual cleanup.
xAssets solves this by running its own asset recognition engine in reverse:
The result is a clean CMDB that reuses existing records rather than proliferating duplicates. New manufacturers and models are created only when a genuine new entry is needed.
Production ServiceNow instances often hold 10,000+ model records. xAssets only pulls the reference data it needs - typically a few hundred rows scoped to the manufacturers present in the current asset list. This keeps the integration fast and unobtrusive on large tenants.
The ServiceNow integration is included at no extra cost in xAssets IT Asset Management and xAssets Network Discovery.
Free instances are free forever and can show demo data or your data.
